CVPlayer.com has been designed to make filtering candidates as easy and convenient as possible. It is a low cost, stand-alone system that requires no IT integration. Simply direct job seekers to the website and we’ll enable them to quickly and easily upload a video, lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to five minutes, depending on your requirements.

We then package each job seeker’s video podcast along with their CV, and save it in one searchable, easily updated archive of candidates. Sitting within your own secure section of the site, this archive becomes your property and is not available for any other party to view.

Now, instead of inviting candidates to interview and hoping that they have the personality and communication skills to match their on-paper credentials, you can be sure that everybody you meet represents a truly excellent prospect.

Interview services

Our interviewing service is the next logical step in our complete recruitment offering. Working from a brief provided by the client, our agents will undertake interviews with candidates on your behalf, either face-to-face or on the telephone where practicable.

Star Candidate is our premium recruitment agency service. Simply give us a brief and our experienced agents will undertake the entire process of sourcing your ideal candidate, conducting in-depth interviews with the very best candidates and even sourcing references from previous employers. The top contenders will then take part in a recorded interview, with the video footage made available online for you to approve or reject. Recruitment doesn’t get any quicker or easier.
